Refund policy

All sales on limited edition releases are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on limited edition items. These are small batch releases and once sold we cannot accept them back.

Damages and defects: If your order arrives damaged or defective contact us within 7 days of receiving it at misfithound2026@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

Wrong item: If you receive the wrong item contact us immediately and we will send the correct one at no charge.

We do not cover return shipping costs on any items.
